Hand-glazed ceramic, day to day
Dishwasher safe on a normal cycle. Hand-washing keeps the glaze glossier for longer, especially on the leaf veins.
Microwave and oven to 180°C are fine — that's what the thermal cycling tests for. Keep it off the grill and away from open flame.
Stack no more than six plates and put a cloth between them if you stack the bowls. Most chips happen in the cupboard, not at the table.
A paste of bicarbonate and water lifts tea and turmeric marks. Don't use a scouring pad — it dulls the glaze permanently.
Every ceramic piece carries a 2-year quality assurance warranty against glaze and structural defects. Chips from a drop aren't covered — but tell us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
