Thermal shock
20 cycles, 180°C to cold water. Pass criteria: no crazing, no rim loss.
Food-safe surfaces
Lead and cadmium migration tested to EN 1388 limits by the manufacturer's lab. We re-test one unit per batch.
Finish and weight
Every rim checked by hand for burrs. Sets weighed against spec to catch thin-cast pieces.
